Sademoiselle Florentine

Sademoiselle Florentine is a multidisciplinary artist originally from France, and now living in the United States. Her body of work spans several mediums—burlesque, costumes design, cabaret production, photography etc.. Each piece or presentation clearly adds to a definition of the artist’s passion and style even as it pushes the boundaries of all she’s done before it.
Her universe is inspired by the 1920s Orientalism movement, paintings of the Old Masters, fashion from the Edwardian era through the fifties, and BDSM—a seemingly bottomless well of imagery, color, texture, form, and ideas for her exploration.
